My name is Josette (aka Jojo) and I'm here to help clients like you - tip by tip - GAIN control of their body (and curves!) again so one can be FREED UP to make their own unique active Life happen, injury free!

With a background in professional dance and over 24 years qualified to teach exercise to active and sedentary bodies, maybe having to manage pain, I share HOW TO blast past limitations and dysfunctions.

VIP monthly or annual members have access to a 45 minute weekly LIVE session (recorded) on Tuesdays 1:15 - 2pm. We're a social bunch here so the meeting opens at 1pm to catch up and maybe ask questions.

By 'being' well practiced with the habits of ‘The Six Steps To Being Healthier' a positive difference can be felt in one's own World and maybe mood. The recording of this LIVE VIP EVENT is available to all members after March 4th.
